A very nice article from Gwenyfar Rohler in this week’s Encore about the 1/2 day fencing camp a couple of weeks ago. Gwenyfar under rates her fencing a bit, so if she comes by some evening, expect more of a struggle than the article lets on.
The Charlotte epee events for September 3rd are up on askfred. For both it and the ROC in Fredericksburg on the 10th and 11th the fees go up if you are not preregistered by August 31. Let me know if you are going to either so I can plan ahead coaching wise.
Still hardly anybody signed up for our event on the 17th. The only things we appear to be up against are some unsanctioned foil events in Fayetteville, so we should be able to get a good tournament if we can draw in some outside people.
